Medical Information Detectives LLC. (MID) was established in 2006, as a company dedicated to providing patients with information that was factual and pertinent to their medical condition so that they could make an informed decision about their healthcare choices. Four years ago we were approached by several patients who had a variety of medical conditions from breast cancer, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis who were searching for treatment options about their condition as well as experienced health care providers who were knowledgeable and experts in their field. We found that many of the patients that approached us were left to fend for themselves about getting information that was useful in treating their disease condition. The knowledge and experience from our medical product background was extremely useful to these patients in that in opened treatment options not offered by their provider. My company is dedicated to provide patients with a variety of services: medical resource books; literature searches; clinical trials and healthcare provider qualifications. This timely medical information can open new treatment options and outcomes to address their medical condition.
